If you are looking to learn how to achieve optimal weight and health with more consistent support and accountability, then this 90 Day Intensive program is for you.  Remember, real change happens with long term support.

  • Discussion of progress and full set of notes at each session
  • Step by step recommendations that are enjoyable and easily integrated

  • Personal binder to keep the set of skills you will learn and be able to use for a lifetime
  • Coaching support and accountability to achieve success
  • E-mail and/or text messaging support in between sessions

 

Total Transformation – 6 month**   $1,597

  • Weekly weigh-in will be complimentary using a Tanita scale which calculates weight, body fat%, muscle mass, visceral fat, water%, metabolic age and BMR.
